Mikel Perry

Mikel is a personal trainer specialising in rehabilitation, strength and performance. He has a degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences, as well as a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine. He is currently working as lead Strength and Conditioning Coach for West London Track and Field, coaching a number of GB international athletes, and has previously worked as lead Strength and Conditioning Coach for Watford Ladies FC. Mikel brings a relaxed but focussed intensity to his sessions, helping his clients achieve their goals and also helping them to better understand their body’s ability to adapt and improve. Away from work, he is a keen (but not amazing!) basketball player, so most of his own training revolves around this.
