Daniel Lavipour, MPhil, BSc (hons), is a strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer and athletics coach. He has 18 years experience working in professional sport as well as with private clients from a range of backgrounds including celebrities and professionals.
Mikel is a personal trainer specialising in rehabilitation, strength and performance. He has a degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences, as well as a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine. He is currently working as lead Strength and Conditioning Coach for West London Track and Field, coaching a number of GB international athletes.
