Fran has been coaching for over a decade, working with a wide range of men and women across different ages, body types and training backgrounds. While every client’s goal is different, her foundation is always the same: build strength first. Her approach centres on progressive strength training and improving body composition in a way that is realistic, sustainable and aligned with real life. She believes training should challenge you but it should also support you. There are no extremes, no quick fixes, just thoughtful programming and consistent progress. In recent years, Fran has developed a strong focus on women’s health. She works closely with clients navigating perimenopause, helping to mitigate common symptoms such as fatigue, reduced recovery, muscle loss and changes in body composition. Her aim is to help women feel steady, informed and physically strong during a stage of life that can otherwise feel unsettling. She is also a qualified Pregnancy and Post Partum Corrective Exercise Specialist, having completed training under Dr Sarah Duvall. This allows her to safely support post-natal clients in rebuilding core function, pelvic floor strength and overall confidence in their bodies after pregnancy. Fran is known for her calm, compassionate coaching style. Her clients often stay with her long-term, not just because they see measurable results, but because they feel understood, supported and genuinely cared for. She creates an environment where people feel comfortable, capable and quietly empowered to push themselves further than they thought possible.
