Jamie Baird is one of the UK’s leading fitness professionals, a fat loss and fitness specialist with a reputation that is unparalleled and a client list of to die for. He has been involved with Health & Fitness for the past 18 years and he has established an impressive reputation within the industry. With a Sports Science background from England’s top Sports University, Loughborough, he is a much sort after Fitness Trainer. Jamie has featured on Living TV’s “Extreme Makeover” as the fitness guru as well as the BBC, Discovery Health, Sky TV, C4 and Living TV. He is recognized as one of the top fitness experts in the UK having been featured in Elle, Harpers Bazaar, The Daily Telegraph, The Sunday Times, Grazia, British Airways Business Life and many other publications for his cutting edge approach to fat loss training. For the many years Jamie was the lead fitness trainer for Inspa-Retreats a holiday company that organizes bespoke health & fitness retreats in Marrakech, Spain and Ibiza. In June 2006 Jamie has published his first 2 books, “Running Fit” and “Cycling Fit”. Over the past couple of years Jamie had played an integral role as the fitness writer for “Team Telegraph”, for the Daily Telegraph as well as working on projects for The London Paper, Vittel, Adez, Transport For London and Pantene. Jamie was also the Trainer for “Team Vittel” for the 2007 & 2008 London Marathons. Jamie is the Head Trainer at the “agua Spa” in London’s famous Sanderson Hotel where he has developed his “Quick Fix Fat Loss Program” which is known as the ultimate fat loss fixer, which can produce results fast. Jamie’s role at the TRC “The Recovery Centre” in Knightsbridge is running exercise sessions to increase cardiovascular fitness, stamina, muscular strength and a general feeling of well-being.
