I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer, offering tailor-made personal exercise programmes and nutritional support, pre and post-natal one to one training, and group sessions. My approach to training is that I don't judge. Everyone has the right to be fit and healthy regardless of age, background, body size or life-style. I'm a people person - I treat everyone as an individual with unique needs and abilities. My passion is inspiring my clients, particularly those new to the gym or those who might feel intimidated. I know that as soon as they start training with me, they'll feel better in both body and mind - and will be empowered to continue on a fitness journey.
